The wines have been designed by Prof. Federico Giotto, wine consultant from Veneto, since 2009. He himself says: “A great wine is never born in the cellar. It is in the vineyard that the raw material is generated, it is from the soil that it draws its particular character. Cellar work aims at fully bringing out its true identity”.
