Die leuchtend goldene Farbe ist festlich. Die Aromen sind komplex, mit Noten von Honig und süßen Früchten, die sich mit der Zeit entwickeln und die feinen Aromen von Gewürzen und exotischen Früchten enthüllen. Der süße Geschmack und die samtigen Noten zeigen tiefe, aber zarte Eichentöne. Der Nachgeschmack ist bemerkenswert lang anhaltend und verleiht dem Wein die nötige Raffinesse. Ice Wine de Purcari ist sehr lang lagerfähig.
