First of all, Cabernet Sauvignon de Purcari is a red wine with attitude: vigorous, virile, and robust. Made from grapes harvested and selected by hand, produced by the traditional method. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrique.
Cabernet Sauvignon de Purcari goes perfectly with veined cheese, beef tenderloin with gorgonzola sauce but to enjoy the wine’s fruity notes, it is not recommended with chocolate.
